Welcome to Drogheda Musical Society

DMS is an award-winning community musical society dedicated to bringing the magic of musical theatre back to the heart of Drogheda.

Reformed in 2023 after almost 40 years, our society was created with one simple vision: to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where people of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels can sing, dance, perform, learn and grow together.

Drogheda Musical Society is delighted to present 9 to 5: The Musical at the Barbican Theatre in March 2027.

Based on the iconic hit film and featuring music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, this feel-good musical is packed with laughter, unforgettable songs and an empowering story of friendship, courage and standing up for what's right.
